Services
Avocado AI provides AI-powered automation consultancy, system design and build services, and the TigerAvocado content engine. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement will be agreed in writing before work commences.
Payment
Payment terms will be set out in your individual service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. We reserve the right to suspend services where payment is overdue.
Intellectual property
All content on this website – including text, graphics, and branding – is the property of Avocado AI and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Upon full payment, clients receive a licence to use the systems and automations built for them. Underlying methodologies, templates, and tooling remain the intellectual property of Avocado AI unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.
Limitation of liability
Avocado AI will perform all services with reasonable skill and care. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes as a result of our services. Our total liability to you in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding three months.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profit or business opportunity.
Third-party tools
Our services make use of third-party platforms including Airtable, Make.com, and others. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or discontinuation of those platforms. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts and subscriptions with any third-party tools used.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice as specified in the service agreement. Any fees due up to the termination date remain payable.
