Hi, I’m Eddie.
Over 25 years of building businesses, one thing I kept coming back to was systemisation and automation. Right now, I run a seven-figure e-commerce business with just four members of staff, because we’ve built smart systems that do the heavy lifting for us.
When friends, family, and other business owners started asking how I’d managed it, I’d show them what we’d built. Every time, the response was the same: “You should be helping other people do this.”
That’s why I started Avocado AI. Not just because I’d seen businesses waste time on tasks that should have been automated years ago, but because I’d already proved it could be done differently.

I’m based in Kingswood, Surrey, and work with businesses across the UK. I work with a small number of clients at a time so that every solution I build is genuinely tailored to the business in front of me, not adapted from a template.
